There is now an opportunity to take on a 100% temporary position during the autumn, starting in August 2026 and running until December 31st. There is also a possibility to extend the temporary contract until June 2027. This is perfect for you who want to try working in our activity.

Preschool Fjällbjörken is a parent cooperative with a pedagogical approach focused on outdoor pedagogy and creativity, where we encourage children to explore on their own. The premises are adapted to the needs of the activity and inspired by Reggio Emilia.

We have space for 20 children aged 1–5. Our yard consists of a lovely mountain birch forest where we prefer to spend our days. We work for sustainable development and want the children to develop a sense of nature and its cycles. The fundamental starting point is respect for children's thoughts, feelings, needs, and interests.

Our environmental thinking permeates the entire pedagogical activity. Serving children good organic food prepared in the preschool's own kitchen by knowledgeable and engaged staff is important to us.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a preschool teacher or early childhood educator with relevant education, or have previous experience in caring for children.
• Have an interest in outdoor life and thrive in nature.
• Want to continuously develop as a pedagogue together with your colleagues.
